The water cycle is one of the most important processes on Earth — it is the continuous movement of water from the Earth's surface up into the atmosphere and back down again! The same water has been going around this cycle for billions of years. The water you drink today may have once been rained on a dinosaur! The water cycle has three main stages: evaporation, condensation, and precipitation.
